All entries in the FootReliefInsoles.com  free insoles giveaway contest / promotion will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email account who is the natural person assigned the email address.

PROMOTION PERIOD:  The promotion period is from the time you receive the "You May Be A Winner" email notification until the first successful contestant has entered his or her information into our claim form declaring them the winner.  Winner will be the first person to successfully submit the claim form.  The time and date stamp of the claim form will be the deciding factor.  The contest may repeat at intervals decided by FootReliefInsoles.com .

HOW TO PLAY: Enter by submitting your email address through the FootReliefInsoles.com web site contest entry form which will be made available to you after you purchase any product from the FootReliefInsoles.com web site.

SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRY: One potential winner will be selected randomly. The actual winner will be the person who completes the winning claim form first for each drawing held.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are based on number of entrants and is subject to change daily.

RELEASE: By entering the FootReliefInsoles.com promotion, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless FootReliefInsoles.com, their affiliates, their respective owners, and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions shall be deemed final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail with our standard "You May Be The Winner" email notification. The drawing is based on a random link script and the URL of the winning submission form changes every drawing. Any notification email returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Prizes awarded within 15 days of receipt of winning online claim form. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' first name and last initial, hometowns, likenesses, prize won and possibly photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. FootReliefInsoles.com reserves the right to withhold taxes or other payments as deemed by it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law.

WINNERS LIST. Once a winner has been determined an email will be sent to all contest entrants. All winners will be posted on this site after each drawing. All entrants must return to the FootReliefInsoles.com web site to determine if they are the winner. Upon returning to FootReliefInsoles.com web site contestants will be directed to a page declaring them a potential winner or declaring them not a winner. Initials and state of winners will be posted once a contestant claims their prize. Winning contestant will be required to fill out the online claim form to successfully determine if they are the exact winner. The successful claimer will then receive a winning confirmation email from FootReliefInsoles.com with shipping information about their prize.

TAMPERING:  No responsibility is assumed for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the game if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes).

PRIVACY POLICIES / OPT-IN/OPT-OUT:  All Participants agree that FootReliefInsoles.com may send additional promotional emails or advertisements to all participants as a term of entering the drawing and will continue to receive promotional emails or offers after the drawing occurs unless they unsubscribe.   Participants who do not unsubscribe are automatically entered into future prize drawings.  Participants whose promotional emails bounce more than two times may be removed from the contest and must re-enter in order to be eligible to win.

PRIZE VALUE / TERMS OF SERVICE OF PRIZE:  The prize will be 1 pair of liquid filled shoe insoles or any other combination of products within our website not to exceed $30.00 in retail value.  Total value of prize is estimated at $30.00.

OTHER PRIZES, INCENTIVES, AND OTHER OFFERS:  FootReliefInsoles.com may at times offer prizes or incentives in order to gain new entrants into the Insole Giveaway.   Prizes and/or incentives offered at the time of entry are in no way connected to this contest/drawing and you agree and understand that they are to be considered separate offers entirely with rules and regulations applied to those offers by the companies contained within the offer and not by FootReliefInsoles.com.
