Foot Relief Liquid Filled Shoe Insoles come
with a one year standard warranty or a two year warranty against
defects. By default all insoles come with a one year
standard warranty that starts from the date written on your insole package. At any time during the first year of wear
if you experience a loss
of fluid you may send both insoles along with your original package to the address below.

Starting November 15th 2008 all insoles
sold on or after this date are now eligible to be covered under
our Two Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects. In
order to be eligible for the Two Year Warranty, registration
is required.
Failure to register for the extended warranty
within one year from the date stamped or written on your
original package will void the extended two year warranty offer
and you will no longer be eligible to register unless you
purchase another pair of new insoles.
All warranty replacement requests must be
accompanied by the original package
with an unaltered date written clearly on the package in order
to receive a replacement. Any indication that this date
has been altered will be grounds for denial of warranty service.
All extended warranty registrants must agree to
receive email correspondence including promotional emails from
Foot Relief Insoles in order to qualify for the extended
warranty.
To avoid paying
full retail after the warranty period has expired, do not discard damaged or worn
insoles. You may trade-In damaged insoles for replacement by sending
your damaged or worn insoles plus $27.49 + $3.75

contacting customer service in order to ensure sufficient time
